Your property is visited according to the plan you choose.
Our standard plans include one or two scheduled visits per month. One-time inspections are also available.→ WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FIND A PROBLEM?
We document the issue with photos and contact you with the details.
If needed, and with your approval, we can help arrange a suitable local service or contractor.→ WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
Our standard service area currently includes Zagreb and surrounding areas.
Properties outside the standard service area can be considered on request. Additional travel charges may apply.→ CAN YOU KEEP A KEY TO MY PROPERTY?
Yes. If required, we can securely hold a key for scheduled visits, emergency inspections and other agreed services.→ CAN I RECEIVE A VIDEO WALKTHROUGH OF MY PROPERTY?
Yes. In addition to the regular property inspection, you can request a short video walkthrough of your property. We can record the interior and/or exterior so you can see the actual condition of your home while you are away.The video is recorded during the regular Home Watch inspection and sent to you after the visit via email or WhatsApp.Video walkthroughs are available as an optional service with your regular property inspection.→ CAN YOU CHECK SOMETHING SPECIFIC IN MY PROPERTY?
Yes. We can carry out additional owner-requested checks when arranged in advance.
These are basic visual or functional checks and do not replace professional technical inspections.→ WHAT IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY?

1. General: These Terms govern the agreement between the Service Provider and the Client (property owner or authorized
party).2. Scope of Service: Home Watch consists solely of non-invasive visual inspections and photo/video reporting. It is NOT a
structural engineering assessment nor a licensed physical security service. The Service Provider is not liable for hidden
structural defects, sudden utility failure, or force majeure events occurring between scheduled visits.3. Additional On-Demand Services: Services such as contractor access coordination, post-storm inspections, key holding for
third parties, or house preparation are provided strictly upon prior written request and an agreed custom quote. While we
document contractor activity via photos/videos, we do not act as licensed construction supervisors and are not liable for
third-party craftsmanship.4. Travel Surcharges: Properties situated beyond a 30 km radius from Zagreb are subject to travel surcharges as outlined in
our pricing schedule.
